Multi-Branch Slimming Centre Software: When a Customer Buys at Branch A and Comes to Branch B

A slimming customer buys at Branch A and comes to Branch B. How to keep session counts, commission and month-end settlement right across branches.

When owners ask which slimming centre management software suits Malaysia, the question that matters for a chain is simple: can a customer buy a package at Branch A, use a session at Branch B, and still have the session count, commission and month-end settlement come out right? Look for one package record shared by every branch, sales commission that stays with the branch that sold, hands-on commission that goes to the therapist who did the session, and a cross-branch settlement report at month end. MyBMS Pro does this with cross-branch redemption, package tracking and dual-track commission.

Why slimming centres feel cross-branch problems first

Slimming programmes are usually sold as packages with many sessions, and customers come back again and again over weeks. Once you have more than one outlet, customers go to whichever branch is nearer to home or the office that day. Every visit at a different branch is a chance for the records to split.

Common signs that your branches are not working from one record:

  • Two session counts. Branch A’s record shows one balance, Branch B keeps its own notes, and the customer remembers a third number.
  • Therapists unsure of their pay. The Branch B therapist does the session but is not sure it counts, because she did not sell the package.
  • Consultants guarding their sales. The Branch A consultant worries that Branch B will take the credit for her customer.
  • Month-end arguments. Branch A collected the payment, Branch B did the work, and nobody agrees on what each branch should be paid.
  • Refund requests at the “wrong” branch. The customer asks for a refund at the branch she now visits, not the one where she bought.

For any chain, I suggest agreeing on the cross-branch commission rule before the second branch opens. When Branch B knows it will be paid fairly for serving Branch A’s customers, the customer gets the same welcome at every outlet.

What to check in slimming centre management software for multiple branches

Diagram of five checks for multi-branch slimming centre software: one package record for any branch, sales commission stays with the seller, hands-on commission follows each session, month-end settlement, and one refund rule for every branch

1. One package record, usable at any branch

Every branch should see the same remaining sessions, redemption history and outstanding balance, and be able to redeem a session whether the package was sold there or at another branch. If one of your branches still keeps a separate notebook, that is where the count will go wrong. For what to track in each record, see why slimming customers stop halfway.

2. Sales commission stays with the seller

The consultant who sold the package keeps the sales commission, even when the sessions are used at another branch. In MyBMS Pro, sales commission is calculated on the payment actually collected.

3. Hands-on commission follows the session

Each time a session is redeemed, hands-on commission goes to the therapist who did it, at whichever branch she works. This is what keeps Branch B willing to serve a customer it did not sell to.

4. A settlement report at month end

HQ needs one report that shows which branch sold, which branch served, and what moves between them. Our guide to checking the cross-branch settlement report walks through it step by step.

5. A clear refund rule across branches

Decide in advance what happens when a customer asks for a refund at a branch other than the one where she bought. Write the rule down and make sure every front desk gives the same answer.

An example: bought at Branch A, continued at Branch B

A customer buys a slimming package at Branch A from a consultant and does her first sessions there. Later she changes jobs and finds Branch B more convenient.

  • At Branch B, the front desk opens her record and sees the same package, the sessions left and the redemption history.
  • The Branch B therapist does the session. One session is deducted from the package, and the treatment consumables are deducted from Branch B’s stock.
  • The Branch B therapist earns the hands-on commission for that session. The Branch A consultant keeps the sales commission.
  • At month end, the cross-branch settlement report shows the sessions that Branch A sold and Branch B served.

The customer only notices one thing: her package works at every branch.

How MyBMS Pro supports multi-branch slimming centres

MyBMS Pro is an AI-driven, next-generation SaaS management hub specifically designed for multi-branch beauty salons. For a slimming centre chain, it keeps every branch on the same record:

Diagram of cross-branch redemption in MyBMS Pro for a slimming centre chain: Branch A sells the package and keeps the sales commission, Branch B redeems a session on the same record, the therapist earns hands-on commission, and a cross-branch settlement report is produced at month end
  • Cross-branch redemption. A package bought at Branch A can be redeemed at Branch B. Sales and hands-on commission are routed automatically, and a cross-branch settlement report is generated.
  • Package tracking. Remaining sessions, redemption history and outstanding balance, with single-session redemption at the same branch or another branch.
  • Dual-track commission. Sales commission is tiered on the payment actually collected; hands-on commission is triggered when a session is redeemed.
  • BOM double deduction. When a bill is closed or a session is redeemed, the session and the in-house consumables are deducted together.
  • Next-session reminders. The next visit is planned at the treatment’s standard interval, and a WhatsApp reminder is sent automatically.
  • HQ central booking. HQ can arrange bookings for any branch.
  • Cross-branch refunds. A package bought at Branch A can be refunded at Branch B. Cross-branch refunds need HQ approval and are returned as refund credit, not cash. Hands-on commission for sessions already done is not taken back.

MyBMS Pro is a web-based system used in the browser. If you run a beauty salon chain, the same logic is covered in cross-branch package redemption for salons; for physiotherapy, see multi-branch physiotherapy packages.

FAQ

Can a slimming customer use her package at any branch?

Yes, if your system keeps one package record for the whole group. In MyBMS Pro, a session can be redeemed at the branch where the package was bought or at another branch, and the remaining sessions update for every branch.

Who gets the commission when a package is sold at one branch and used at another?

The consultant who sold the package keeps the sales commission, based on the payment actually collected. The therapist who does each session earns the hands-on commission for that session.

How do branches settle with each other at month end?

Use a cross-branch settlement report that shows which branch sold each package and which branch served each session. HQ checks it before closing the month.

Can a customer ask for a refund at a different branch?

In MyBMS Pro, yes. A cross-branch refund needs HQ approval and is returned as refund credit, not cash.

Is there a MyBMS Pro mobile app?

No. MyBMS Pro is a web-based system used in the browser.
